Real Estate Law & Practice - 4 hours
Course Description
Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of Indiana real estate laws, rules, and regulatory requirements. The course provides in-depth coverage of independent contractor relationships, trust funds and trust account management, seller disclosure obligations, and licensee disclosure requirements. Students will also examine emerging issues impacting Indiana real estate practice and explore the standards of competent practice necessary to protect consumers, manage risk, and remain in compliance with state law.
Economic Factors for Real Estate Professionals – 2 hours
Course Description
Participants examine how economics influences individual and consumer choices, with a focus on core microeconomic and macroeconomic principles. Emphasis is placed on assessing economic conditions and understanding their effects on the real estate industry.
