This course explores redevelopment and development opportunities across Indiana, with a focus on zoning, land use planning, incentives, and the public-private partnerships that drive growth. Brokers will gain practical insight into how projects move from concept to completion, how zoning decisions are made, and how REALTORS® can identify, evaluate, and responsibly participate in redevelopment opportunities while managing risk.
