Fair housing isn’t just a legal obligation—it’s the foundation of ethical real estate practice. The Impact of Fair Housing course helps REALTORS® understand how past and present housing discrimination affects communities today, and why strong fair housing practices are essential to serving every client with professionalism and respect.

You’ll explore the history of fair housing laws, how they’re enforced at the federal, state, and local levels, and learn how to recognize and interrupt implicit bias. Real-world examples and recent cases will challenge you to think critically, act equitably, and ensure all consumers have the freedom to choose where they want to live.

This course fulfills NAR’s fair housing training requirement and earns you 2 CE credits—while strengthening your business and your commitment to equal opportunity in housing. RECP will report your completion to IPLA and your local association.
