This course is an overview for Managing Brokers and Brokers of what to expect or use in a firm's office policy manual. The policy manual is a disclosure on the way a real estate brokerage conducts its business. Each brokerage should have an office policy and procedures manual. The manual as explain in this course, needs to be regularly updated to reflect, legal, economic, and technological changes.
This 4-hour course is designed for both Managing Brokers and Brokers and will give you the confidence to navigate complex transactions with clarity and professionalism. RECP will report your completion to IPLA.
